Role Description

This is a full-time #corporatelawyer role based in #Manama. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing #legaladvice on various corporate matters, #negotiating #deals and #contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements. The Corporate Lawyer will also be responsible for drafting legal documents and managing legal disputes, running #Board related #documentaries and meetings, compliance with the regulators; attending #board and #committees' meetings, acting as a #Boardsecretary, and ensuring timely delivery of related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of #corporatelaw and experience in providing #legaladvice on corporate matters
• Excellent #negotiation and #draftingskills
• Experience in managing #legaldisputes and a good understanding of #legalregulations and #compliance requirements
• #Boardregulators compliances
• Ability to #multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent #written and #verbal #communication skills
• Ability to work #independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in #Law or related field; Master's degree in Law is a plus
• A license to practice law in Bahrain or a license to practice law in other GCC countries is a plus but not a must
