Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within a SaaS environment, and a strong track record in leadership.
- An understanding of the challenges common in growing tech startups, and a strategic mind to overcome those hurdles.
- Preferred experience within a technical Data company (i.e. BI, Data Analytics, Big Data)
- Extensive experience working directly with executive leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.
- Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
