Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrolment
  • Actively engage with prospective students through various communication channels (phone email inperson) to inform and persuade them about the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
  • Provide comprehensive information on courses admission requirements and enrollment procedures to prospective students and their families.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events open houses and informational sessions to promote our institution and its programs.
  • Reception and Administrative Support:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our office offering a warm welcome to visitors and efficiently addressing their inquiries.
  • Manage front desk duties including answering phones directing calls and handling mail and deliveries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for data entry document preparation and maintaining accurate and uptodate records of student interactions and enrollments.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students staff and external contacts.
  • Coordinate with academic departments and administrative units to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.
  • Provide timely feedback to the management team on student inquiries enrollment trends and potential opportunities for program growth.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
