Role & Function
The IPT Financial Controller is the finance lead for the Integrated Program Team (IPT) and a keybusiness partner to the Program Director Program Managers and the Finance Director. You as theFinancial Controller have primary daytoday responsibility for planning implementing managingand controlling all financial related activities for the Space programs and its respective contracts. Youwill drive financial performance through high quality decision support and FP&A including overallP&L sales and margin management as well as close control over working capital. As IPT FinancialController for the Launcher Engines program you will be part of a dedicated team working close tothe customer with different business models relating to the Ariane Launcher family as well as thefuture development programs.
Key Accountabilities
Delivering program level results by building a successful network driving its performance andleveraging best practice
Delivering program results by contributing financial and accounting insight analysis andrecommendations
Implementing strategies by evaluating trends implementing critical measurementsdesigning systems accumulating resources resolving problems implementing change.
Developing the organisation by identifying opportunities for improvement cost reductionand systems enhancement.
Developing financial strategies by forecasting cash (particularly working capital) and resourcerequirements identifying monetary resources developing and implementing action plans.
Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results initiating correctiveactions minimizing the impact of variances.

Ability to work well in a fastpaced and collaborative team that is responsive and resultsoriented.
Demonstrated track record of success as a finance professional
Excels in managing finance accounting budgeting control pricing business analytics andreporting
Strong analytical skills

Clear understanding of relevant technical accounting framework
