Job Title: Remote TechnoFunctional Engineer (L1 Support)
Responsibilities:
L1 Issue Support:
- Provide remote support for Level 1 issues related to Oracle modules addressing enduser queries and troubleshooting technical issues promptly and effectively.
End User Guidance:
- Guide end users in performing common tasks within Oracle applications ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
Oracle Fusion Administration:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Fusion administration tasks including assigning roles creating new users and monitoring the admin console for notifications.
Knowledge Transfer Sessions:
- Assist in providing knowledge transfer sessions to enhance enduser understanding of Oracle modules and functionalities facilitating selfsufficiency and skill development.
Requirements:
Understanding of Oracle Modules:
- Possess a good understanding of various Oracle modules including but not limited to HR Finance Supply Chain and Customer Experience.
End User Support Skills:
- Ability to effectively guide end users in performing common tasks and resolving basic issues demonstrating patience and clear communication.
Oracle Fusion Administration Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion administration tasks such as role assignment user management and monitoring system notifications.
Knowledge Transfer Abilities:
- Capability to conduct informative and engaging knowledge transfer sessions to empower end users with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate Oracle applications efficiently.
Note: This position involves remote support for Level 1 issues related to Oracle modules requiring a candidate with a solid understanding of Oracle modules effective communication skills and the ability to assist users remotely. The contract duration is one year.
