Urgently looking for a Licenced Nurse from France

We are now eagerly looking for Licensed Nurses from France with active LN license in France for our Premium International Client in the Medical field to provide courteous and efficient service to customers who are looking to enroll into a clinical trial program. Resolving customer questions and requests walking the customer through the clinical trial prescreening form.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Adherence to all environmental health and safety SOPs equipment policies and procedures including any department specific requirements.
  
• Entering data through electronic forms.
  
• Calling back customers to perform prescreening over the phone.
  

Requirements

• More than 24 years related experience working in a call center/customer contact environment.
  
• Software application skills required.
  
• Must have proven technical and troubleshooting ability.
  
• Ability to conduct calls effectively and calmly.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in your mother tongue language (French from France) and excellent command of English (verbal/written).
  
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
  
• Active LPN license required (Active RN license preferred).
  
• Previous experience in clinical trial programs is an advantage.
