Job Description

Our client is a well know energy company in the Philippines and currently looking for an Asset Management Specialist to be based in Davao Philippines. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor facilitate and ensure Asset Management System (AMS) implementation at the site as per ISO55001 requirements IAM framework Coal BU Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and site AM plans.
  • Assist and support AM Manager in leading promoting and maintaining accreditation to ISO 55001 standards at the station.
  • Coordinate with the AP Asset Management team on cascading established standards and guidelines.
  • Act as the internal audit representative for AMS at the site and collaborate with AP Internal Audit and Coal BU BPM team to align on internal process controls requirements.
  • Maintain the Life Cycle Management Plan (LCMP) database.
  • Monitor and maintain the EMOC registry per site.
  • Track RCA and monitor effective corrective action implementation and status.
  • Serve as custodian and key user of Asset Strategy Management function (GE Asset Performance Management) ensuring implementation of agreed asset strategies.
  • Facilitate site training workshops and cascades for AMS EMOC RCA process implementation.
  • Work closely with Finance & Accounting team on fixed asset registry and asset life cycle costing analysis.
  • Utilize EAM (IBM Maximo) to support sound asset management practice for Asset Work and Inventory Management processes.
  • Conduct scheduled Maximo process and data audits looking for inefficiencies.
  • Perform proactive error checks in Maximo.
  • Support O&M in reviewing and updating asset strategies and preparing budgetary requirements.
  • Prepare asset management reports and create functional specifications for Maximo reports and KPIs.
  • Ensure Maximo asset registries conform to functional hierarchical standards (e.g. ISO14224).

Others:

  • Conform to the company s Quality Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Asset Management Energy Management Business Continuity Management System and Information Security Management Systems policies standards procedures and guidelines based on ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 27001 ISO 55001 ISO 50001 and ISO 22301 Standards.
  • Report Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events or other security risks to the organization/committeesincharge.
  • Protect information assets from unauthorized access disclosure modification destruction or interference in accordance with ISMS policies.
  • Maintain availability confidentiality and integrity of documents.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the TL.


Requirements

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of basic principles in Asset Management.
  • Background in using EAM systems (Maximo preferred).
  • Application of various risk analysis tools FMEA FMECA RCM.
  • Design planning and organizing skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills.

Experience:

  • Professional: 13 years relevant experience in industries such as Power Plant Oil and Gas or Manufacturing. At least 1 year working experience in an ISO certified company is preferred.
  • Project: At least 1 year in a project coordinator role.


Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering.




Licenses/Certifications:
Preferred but not required: Engineering licensure exam certification.
