Our client is seeking an energetic Germanspeaking Solar Sales Manager to spearhead their sales efforts in the Costa del Sol region based in the South of Spain. This critical role requires building client relationships understanding market dynamics and collaborating with technical teams for impeccable project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will cover the highend areas of Andalucia.

Tasks

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in highticket B2C sales (knowledge with renewables is a plus)
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Natural born dealcloser
  • Skilled in strategy development and target achievement.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; German fluency is essential.

Requirements

Your Mission

  • Engage with potential customers especially in the Dutch & Germanspeaking community
  • Collaborate with the national Business Development team to build the right strategy
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to create customized solar solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of solar energy with our client
  • Apply effective sales strategies and provide thorough followup to support customer decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about environmental impact and changing energy perspectives.
  • Empathetic communicator with excellent listening and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven success record.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
