Masai School offers intensive & immersive courses that impart the technical skills and soft skills they need to launch a new tech career. We offer both fulltime and parttime courses to our students.
As we continue to expand our digital presence we are seeking a talented Contract Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a project basis.
Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Contract Video Editor and Graphic Designer to collaborate with our team in producing compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design excellent technical skills and the ability to bring ideas to life through video editing and graphic design.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for video content and graphics.
- Edit raw footage to create engaging and highquality video content for various platforms including social media websites and presentations.
- Design and create graphics animations and other visual elements to enhance video content and support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
- Manage project timelines and deliver highquality work within deadlines.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in video editing and graphic design.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience as a video editor and graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or After Effects.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital media and social platforms.
This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs. If you are passionate about creating visually compelling content and thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment we want to hear from you!
