Overview:

The Junior Sales Manager plays a key role in the organization by supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships. They are responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and collaborating with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Act as a point of contact for potential and existing customers
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Create and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide ongoing support to the sales team
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and market developments
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and sales strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and quotations
  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting
  • Customeroriented with a focus on providing highquality service
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Desire to learn and grow in a sales management role
