Recruiter - Bulk Hiring and Campus Recruitment - RPO - Gurgaon

1. Conduct endtoend recruitment activities including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates for various positions.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
4. Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
5. Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information.
6. Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events career fairs and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics including timetofill sourcing effectiveness and candidate feedback.
9. Stay current on industry trends recruitment best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
2. 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an RPO or agency setting.
3. Proven experience with bulk hiring and campus recruitment processes.
4. Strong understanding of recruitment principles techniques and best practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Solid organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
7. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing recruitment practices in India.

1. Experience working in a highvolume recruitment environment.
2. Certification in recruitment or related field (e.g. PHR SHRMCP).
3. Knowledge of Gurgaons local job market and talent landscape.
