Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment. As an RPO Recruiter you will be responsible for managing endtoend recruitment processes sourcing and attracting talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct endtoend recruitment activities including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates for various positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and uptodate candidate information.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events career fairs and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics including timetofill sourcing effectiveness and candidate feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends recruitment best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an RPO or agency setting.
- Proven experience with bulk hiring and campus recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations governing recruitment practices in India.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a highvolume recruitment environment.
- Certification in recruitment or related field (e.g. PHR SHRMCP).
- Knowledge of Gurgaons local job market and talent landscape.
