Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

Purpose of the Role
The Senior Executive Assistant provides highlevel administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of the leadership team managing sensitive and complex tasks and contributing to the governance and compliance framework within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner demonstrating potential for senior leadership through exceptional judgment discretion and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO including strategic planning assistance project management and research.
- Facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies particularly in document management meeting governance and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate and prepare for board meetings including agenda setting minute taking and followup on action items.
- Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders managing and directing communication to ensure effective information flow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion representing the executive office professionally in all interactions.
- Leadership and Development:
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative in process improvements mentoring junior staff and participating in strategic discussions.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes advising the Csuite on potential impacts and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree required professional certifications in Business Administration Finance Law or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role preferably within a regulated industry. Proven track record of supporting seniorlevel executives.
