Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager;
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Generate new business whilst also managing existing customers using the BI reporting tool
Serve as the main point of contact to clients
Oversee customer account management including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
Requirements for the Customer Account Manager;
A minimum of 3 years customer account management experience
