- 10 years in Python and working in a multitier distributed architecture environment
- Exp working with SQL and NonSQL databases
- Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required
- Experience of Git a good understanding of CI/CD best practices & contribute to CI/CD Test automation
- Good communication skills and ability to convey ideas both to technical and nontechnical people.
- Mentor and groom junior consultants and analysts within the team
- Experience developing deploying AI/ML solutions and excellent problem solving
- Good to have to move other technologies
