Ab End User Relationship Management: Partner with business areas end users and other
stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities. Represent business
partners/stakeholders in input to strategic planning and investment prioritization.
Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with internal partners. Provide coaching
and direction to less experienced team members.
Solution Delivery: Participate in Demand Management preparation lead and support
delivery lifecycle activities and ensure solutions are designed for great user experience
and operational performance. Facilitate delivery meetings. Lead analysis and design.
Provide needed plans demos artifacts and procedural documentation. Train IT
Operations teams to assist in deployment of solutions across different locations.
Vendor Management: Work with vendors to develop use cases and support
implementations. Coordinate the purchasing process with vendor partners to smooth the
process for internal stakeholders. With vendor inputs map IT/OT Solution capabilities to
identified requirements and present to stakeholder communities.
Solution Operations Management: Ensure solutions are designed for stable operation.
Review solution performance and continually assess health of systems and processes
driving action to avoid service disruption and minimize impacts. Drive alignment with
stakeholders on maintenance activities and schedules.
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay abreast of industry and technology trends to continuously
improve solution delivery practices and end user satisfaction.
Education and experience in technical computer networking service industrial
automation or technical production operations support. Associates degree of computer
science electrical engineering electronic technology or Bachelors degree is preferred
but equivalent combinations of education experience and certification will be
considered.
3 years of IT Service Delivery or IT Support experience preferably in a global IT
Organization
Experience working in a Manufacturing organization and familiarity with non traditional
computing systems (PLC s Automation Controls etc) that can be found in Manufacturing
environments
Experience managing Mobile Devices with MDM software. Experience with VMWare
Airwatch preferred.
Experienced in working in a culturally diversified fastpaced environment.
Experienced in implementing documenting and operationally maintaining IT
infrastructure.
Experienced in interacting with and management of external suppliers & service
providers.
Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other
business organizations and diverse groups of people
Experience establishing and maintaining end user communities to support and deliver
feedback on supported solutions
