Job Description
Responsibilities
Track reconcile dispute (if necessary) and then process Market Data invoices accordingly
Support procurements contract renewal process by sending alerts for upcoming renewals and helping track against key renewal/cancellation dates
Process license moves adds and changes for designated products
Partner with MDO on all Market Data Governance and Transparency initiatives
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College Degree in Financial Management Economics Accounting or other related business courses.
5 years experience in the finance industry
Solid understanding of accounting systems cost management AP and FP&A
You are detailoriented have strong relationshipbuilding skills and can articulate messages to a variety of audiences
You are transparent and comfortable communicating issues openly and directly
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferable
Asset management industry knowledge a plus
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/College Degree in Accounting - 3-15 years experience in Fund Accounting, preferably with a Fund Administration Firm - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills. - Ability to follow procedures. - Ability to meet assigned deadlines. - Strong attention to detail - Strong understanding of Preparation and Review of GAAP Financial Statements. - Background with yearly audit process and testing. - Strong understanding of Partner Allocations and Calculation of Management/Performance Fees.
