Sales Professional - Caravans Hybrids and Campers

Maverick Campers & Caravans is growing and have just moved into our new state of the art showroom.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Maverick Campers & Caravans head office in Prospect as a Sales consultant.

If you are a selfmotivated individual with exceptional customer service skills passion for the 4WD Caravan & Camping industry we would like to hear from you.

What does the role involve

• Act as the first point of contact for sales inquires in the store and over the phone
  
• Exceptional customer service skills
  
• Engage with customers about their holiday plans
  
• Guide the customers through choosing the right product for their needs
  
• The ability to work unsupervised
  
• An honest and reliable work ethic
  
• Good computer skills
  
• Professional appearance
  
• Be involved in activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of the Caravans & Camper Trailers
  
• Build relationships with existing and potential customers to create customers for life
  
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction (NPS)
  

Requirements

What you need is:

• Be a genuine friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service or 4WD industry or enjoying the outdoors through camping
  
• Listen understand and be responsive to customer s needs
  
• Willingness to be coached and mentored by senior team members
  
• Present yourself professionally both in attitude and attire
  
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential customers and within all departments of our organization
