Key Responsibilities

- Maintain collaborative working relationships across all departments is crucial to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care.
- Take charge and provide guidance in the development and execution of theatre and critical care services.
- Promote visible and accessible leadership that fosters a conducive environment enabling individuals to comprehend their roles and responsibilities while empowering them to excel in their respective positions.
- Take charge and ensure the maintenance of appropriate quality JCI Accreditation and HIQA standards.
- Ensure balanced decisionmaking and support are provided within the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse currently listed on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland (NMBI).
- Management qualification desirable.
- strong leadership skills which have been proven effective in inspiring and motivating both teams and individuals to enhance patient care.
- Highly adaptable individual with a proven track record in effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- highly selfmotivated and deeply committed to ongoing professional development.
