An experienced senior practitioner is being sought for this lovely setting near Woking for the role of Room Based Nursery Deputy Manager this will also be part room based and part office based. Our client is offering salary c 30k plus depending on experience with loads of great benefits. There are also bonuses parking and mega benefits with this provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
