Project Manager

We manage more than 300 Mobile Apps & Games for other companies that are daily discovered by millions of new users and that have been downloaded hundreds of millions of times. We are looking for a Project Manager Manager!

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and tracking of specific projects within Weewoo. This role requires excellent organizational communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Tasks

• Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines the projects scope timeline budget and resources required for successful completion.
• Project Execution: Managing project teams and resources ensuring the project is executed in accordance with the plan and monitoring progress to ensure that objectives are met.
• Preparation of technical tasks workflow and timing planning coordination of work processes with several teams of external developers and with Leads from internal departments.
• Communication: Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders including team members senior management and clients and maintaining regular reporting on project status and progress.
• Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
• Team Management: Managing and motivating project teams providing guidance and facilitating collaboration to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying and managing project stakeholders ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
• Change Management: Managing changes to the project scope schedule or budget and ensuring that the impact of changes is communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
• Identification and selection of potential suppliers: research and identify potential suppliers that meet the organizations requirements including quality quantity delivery and cost.
• Contract negotiation: Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships: maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services resolve any issues and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with hiring policies regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital.
• Proven organization and attention to detail skills.
• English level C1 or above.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
