- Orchestrate and design our go-to-market strategy during our annual planning cycle, which includes headcount planning, territory assignments, quota setting etc.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement
- Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business
