- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to Deel’s operations.
- Support the Global Corporate Services team in researching and understanding compliance requirements globally.
- Assist in the review, organization, and management of contracts and documents.
- Collaborate with the Global Corporate Services (“GCS”) team to track contract deadlines and renewals, providing timely reminders as needed.
- Collaborate with external counsel and other service providers.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
