Are you a natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people over the phone through chat or via email Can you keep your cool under pressure and maintain your independence in a fastpaced environment If youre a proactive thinker who thrives on challenges read on.
As our team expands were seeking a Junior Personal Shipmate to join our ranks. Joining our sales team youll have the guidance of our senior Yacht charter expert as you help countless individuals plan their ultimate sailing vacation. Your role will involve providing advice on travel destinations answering inquiries via email and chat and helping guests choose the perfect boat for their needs. Youll also create custom quotes when necessary and provide assistance to guests during their holiday.
In close collaboration with Tubbers international partners strong English language skills are essential.
Requirements

Were seeking an energetic sociable colleague with a dash of courage. Someone who thrives both in a team and independently. If youre commercially inclined keep reading:
Key Competencies:
- Enthusiasm for watersports (sailing knowledge is a plus)
- Commercially oriented and entrepreneurial
- Adaptability especially during peak seasons
- Fluent in both German and English
- Availability for at least 1 evening per week
- Availability for 1 day on weekends
- Positivity and a sense of humour!
