Sacramento consumer goods company located in Rosemont seeking temporary AR Specialist to assist with the accounts receivable operations of the company. This is a fully on-site position with an hourly pay rate between $20-$25, depending on relevant experience. Please attach your resume for further information regarding this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily review of accounts receivable aging
- Assist the accounting department with the daily and monthly cycle of AR transactions
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all transactions
- Prepare and analyze the daily/weekly/monthly reports on AR
- Accurately maintain all records and provide support for year-end audit processes
- Process AR payments
- Verification of credit charges agaist daily deposit while mainting log
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
