Job Description
- Performs all functions in accordance with applicable regulations, the performance work statement, and objectives of Vectrus/ Bridge Company as well as established policies, procedures, and controls. 10%
- Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. May transfer food pans and trays to the Pots and Pan/Dishwashing area. Completes any tasks the DFAC management direct 10%
- Wipes tabletops and chairs, using damp, sanitized cloth. 10%
- Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and, if applicable. 5%
- Replenishes clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
- Assists in serving line with restocking of food, such as soups, salads, and desserts.
- Picks up debris in and around the dining facility (within 50 ft in all directions as applicable) and throws the trash/ waste away in dumpsters or other designated receptacles.
- Cleans and polishes glass shelves, and doors of service bars and equipment, such as coffee urns and soda machines.
- Makes coffee and fills fruit dispensers. Replenishes condiments, self-serve food items and consumable supplies as needed to ensure that stockage is maintained at an optimal level. Informs supervisor of any issues or outages of consumables immediately.
- May sweep and mop floors when needed. Clean and sanitize serving lines and drinking dispensers. Clean and stock cabinets, serving and condiment areas, beverage and ice dispensers.
- Performs all functions in accordance with applicable regulations, performing the duties in the Pots and Pans Wash workstation. Uses appropriate equipment and tools to perform the job IAW Safety and Sanitation regulations. Complies with company policy on the steps to perform the job correctly.
- Attends all meetings and /or trainings sessions as required.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by shift supervisor.
