Senior Golang Engineer

Job Title: Senior Golang Engineer

Location: Sunrise FL or Phoenix AZ

Type: FullTime

Responsibilities:

1. Golang Development:

   • Lead the design development and implementation of robust and scalable applications using Golang.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and deliver highquality software solutions.

2. Rust (Preferred but not mandatory):

   • While Rust is the preferred skill we are open to candidates with strong expertise in Golang even if they do not have Rust experience.
   • If the candidate has Rust experience it will be considered an ideal asset.

3. Multilanguage Proficiency:

   • Utilize experience with other programming languages such as Python Java etc. to contribute to diverse projects and initiatives.

4. Cloud Platform Integration:

   • Demonstrate familiarity with cloud platforms particularly AWS and GCP.
   • Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize and leverage cloud resources for efficient application deployment.

5. Containerization and Orchestration:

   • Apply knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes) to deploy and manage applications effectively.

6. Code Review and Collaboration:

   • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and adherence to best practices.
   • Collaborate with team members on technical discussions and problemsolving.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Golang developer with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience.
• Familiarity with Rust is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with other programming languages (Python Java etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms especially AWS and GCP.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
