NOC Software Engineer

Position Name: IT Infrastructure Management

Description:

Design, develop and operate IT infrastructure to replace legacy architecture and improve work efficiency collaborating and managing with multiple project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up network and server teams
• Response to internal network inquiries and their management
• Maintain and monitor network and server systems
• Implement network and server systems configuration and troubleshoot their issues as analyzing failures
• Clarify in maintenance and operation and consider issues to implement for improvement
• Plans and executes broad resolutions with recurring problems and regulatory changes.
• Manage and promote of infrastructure department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing an internal infrastructure or network team
• Experience in all phases of network design, installation, and maintenance
• Experience in managing data centers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in network operation and management in IT business
• IT experience in Project Management
• Make communication a successful with vendors, peers, application developers and management, as needed
• Promote projects with internal stakeholders
• Able to build team leading with running routine tasks.

Languages:

English (Overall - 1 - Beginner), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
