Social Media Promotions Specialist

• Welcoming customers , reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences , making recommendations , and taking drink orders.
  
• Creating drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
  
• Choosing and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
  
• Checking identification to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age .
  
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked .
  
• Following all food safety and quality regulations .
  
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to customers, and balancing the cash register
  
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  
• Creating new cocktail recipes .
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma from high school .
  
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience will be required.
  
• Meets the state s minimum drinking age.
  
• Work availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Positive personality, engaging appearance, and professional demeanor.
  
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
  
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Excellent time management and task management abilities
  
• Attention to detail and knowledge of drink mixing tools and techniques.
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods of time.
