• Interact with other parts ofPrivate Banking and the Group for the mutual benefit of HSBC andthe clients • Assist the Market Head indeveloping and executing the marketstrategy • Grow revenue, increase AUM ofportfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM), achievinggrowth by leveraging brand, channels and RMnetwork • Maintain a high level of awareness ofrelevant products and services available from Group sources andelsewhere in order to provide the best solutions for clients andmaximise revenues for Global Private Banking and theGroup. • Maintain an understanding of economic,business, tax, property, legal and others relevant matters to astandard that is commensurate with the nature of the existing andtarget client base • Ensures clients are aware oftheir level of risk • Review periodically clientdatabase to keep information up to date and record majordevelopments • Provides coaching and guidance toother RMs and creates opportunities to develop their knowledge andexperience level • Maintains HSBC internalcontrol standards, including timely implementation of internal andexternal audit points together with any issues raised by externalregulators.
