Job Description
• Reporting and monitoringof KPIs and performanceSLAs
• Identify and solvelogistics performance-related problems by analyzing and derivinginsights from large, complex sets ofdata
• Responsible for countrycompliance with OD processes and tools (e.g. staffing, forecasting,etc.)
• Providing all dataneeded for performance improvement on the country level and actingas a consultant for the Head ofLogistics
• Leadingsupervisors/trainers related to logistics performanceKPIs
• Work alongside countrysales & marketing teams on actions and activities to driveperformance forward for owndelivery
• Optimize countryinfrastructure, and event thresholds & give input in DBDFto improve overallperformance
• Provide weeklyupdates to country management on projects & performanceprogress.
