Head of Commissioning

• Provides pre-comm/comm expertise,for planning and execution and leadership driving EPC contractor todeliver in accordance with project deliverables and executionschedule.

• Directs the preparation andstewardship of pre-comm/comm scope of work in EPC contract,supports contractor by helping address gaps, coordinate withoperations and other disciplines within theteam.

• Maintains close liaison with members ofEngineering, quality, construction and operations Teams to deliverclear plans and efficientexecution.

• Accountable for ensuring executionof work is technically aligned and in compliance with projectobjectives and specification.

• Manages EPCContractor's pre-comm/comm activities including validationof resources, personnel qualifications and experience; usage ofappropriate tools; adherence to project objectives, requirements,specifications, and verificationprocesses.

• Assesses and validates EPCContractor’s capability in providing all procedures,progress measurement and reporting to steward the systemscompletion activities.
