Tasks

Your mission

As our Legal Counsel at Prewave you will

• Take ownership of all legal and contractual matters related to the acquisition of new customers
• Conduct legal negotiations with potential customers and set up contracts taking into account technical and business requirements
• Provide proactive and businessfocused legal advice as well as transaction support across different departments
• Support our Legal Team in optimizing internal processes oversee the expansion of and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• Coordinate if necessary external legal support

Requirements

Must haves

• 2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel
• Law degree from an Austrian or German university
• Experience in contract and commercial law IP and copyright law data protection law
• Understanding of SaaS environments and technical acumen
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Negotiation skills / customerfacing skills
• Team spirit and interest for a startup environment
• Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
• Valid work permit for Austria

• An extensive compensation packageThe minimum earning (salary and bonus) for this role is EUR 39.000 gross per year however the higher packages are possible based on your qualifications and experience.
