A Chef is needed for a highend Adirondacks inn.

Inn Chef Requirements:

• 5 years as the Chefincharge of a boutique upscale to fine dining restaurant in a semiremote area ideally in an Inn or Boutique Resort
• Work with the GM to develop and execute a vision for the food and beverage operations of the property
• Create seasonal menus special menus banquet menus and regular specials in a thoughtful and comprehensive way with an homage to the rich history of the Adirondack region
• WORK THE LINE as an active chef
• Work with the GM on managing the financials of the culinary program
• Work with local vendors and farms to secure the highest quality products negotiate prices
• Able to develop the culinary team
• Love of the outdoors slow food wild game cuisine and a creative drive
• Experience with highend banquets with up to 60 guests
• High level of discipline and emotional maturity
