- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service while assisting Guests and Owners regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Have complete knowledge of and actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail as well as upselling programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Provide consistent professional fitness glass (group and private) in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to guest's needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in sanitary and safe working order.
