MasterTech is on the search for qualified Field Service Technicians based out of South Carolina, requiring extensive travel to customer locations.
Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Familiarity with Haas, Fanuc, Chiron, Lincoln Electric, Hurco & Powermatic considered an asset. Seimens and Fanuc experience is ideal.
Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Fixing drive motors and power line solutions.
- Diagnostcis and troubleshooting is key.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $44.00/hour

Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime + occasional on-call.

5+ years Experience Clean Driving Record Repair and Setup Experience Read Blueprints Perform Diagnostics/Troubleshooting Work with 3 axis and 5 axis Machines Clear Communication Highschool Diploma
