Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at Hornet Technologies in Manama. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communicating with customers, and driving sales through customer service, consultation and demonstration of our products and services to the clients. Duties include identifying sales opportunities, aligning with product development team, meeting sales targets, collaborating on sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients to secure recurring business.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Technical Support experience and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills with experience building strong customer relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with ERP & POS software systems and solutions is highly desirable
