Livein or daily Houseperson/allrounder required for a busy property based in Kensington W8.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in general maintenance and DIY tasks ideally from a private house yacht or 5star boutique hotel background.
  
• Undertake house and handyman duties such as garden upkeep driveway maintenance basic DIY tasks (painting fixing loose fixtures) waste disposal and pet care.
  
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance checks.
  
• Oversee security measures including monitoring fire alarms occasional CCTV checks and securing windows and doors.
  
• Basic knowledge of gas electric and water meters as well as technical aspects of the houses electrical units and HVAC systems.
  
• Manage household systems like Creston for climate control and lighting.
  
• Attentive to detail and proactive in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  
• Additional responsibilities include occasional grocery shopping accepting deliveries lawn mowing and preparing weekly reports.
  

Working days and hours to be confirmed.

Salary approximately 35000 gross per annum based on experience.
