Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Provide support in various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
12 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment tools platforms and applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
