Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Assist in the endtoend recruitment process for the organization.
  

• Collaborate with senior HR managers to identify hiring needs and job specifications.
  

• Source and screen candidates through various channels including online platforms and networking events.
  

• Coordinate and schedule interviews providing logistical support to candidates and interview panels.
  

• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  

• Conduct initial candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  

• Assist in the negotiation and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
  

• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  

• Provide support in various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
  

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  

• Familiarity with recruitment tools platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
