1. Does property sourcing online and on field and maintains the record for the same.
2. Knows and understands building and market area for availability.
3. Makes strategies for learning about new properties.
4. Maintain relationship with landlords.
5. Knows how to best position and promote available properties to ensure maximum tenant / client interest and exposure.
6. Hav in depth and accurate market information to ensure leasing and marketing strategies
7. Property Sourcing Strategy and Execution: Identify and Activate all possible sources of Property for listing ensure the property sourcing through quality Landlord Engagement for maximum conversion.
8. Property Data management: Ensure real time update of all property listing, curate property listing data as per sales requirement, enable data refinement process for easy search.
9. Property- market Mapping: mal all geographical territories to enable the property mapping territory wise and ensure 100% property identification territory wide.
10. CSO - Index: Ensure all property related grievances are handled of the landlords. Keep the landlord CSI score above 98% at all time.
11. Knowledge: Constant research activity with research and analyti output for in-depth and accurate property market information to help Marketing Strategy.
12. Team management: Manage the Team for maximum productivity and motivate and control attrition.
