Specific responsibilities for the role include:
• Update FCSS management on any welfare matters/ concerns from Flight Crew in order to assure appropriate answers and solutions are provided.
• Manage Flight Crew queries on a daily basis in order to ensure practical solutions are provided to any problems that crew may encounter.
• Ensure the review board decisions requiring actions from FCSS are implemented within stipulated time causing no work disruption.
• Processes roster changes, swaps & shifts as requested by Flight Crew in liaison with the Crew rostering department to ensure there is minimal /no operational impact.
• Conduct a daily check on particular fleet roster and as per the disruption daily report and sick report generated from TOPs to ensure rosters are reflecting the correct data at all times.
