Assistant Director of Post-Sales Strategy

1. Will be responsible for deducting and depositing TDS and getting returns filed
2. Making payments for salaries and suppliers
3. Sending invoices to our UK customers on a daily basis after checking the dispatches done and sending credit notes to customers for any discrepancies
4. Keeping a track record of all the invoices sent and credit notes sent on a daily basis
5. Responsible for checking invoices received from our warehouse and various freight companies we deal with in UK
6. Calculating commission of UK sales staff every month
7. Checking VAT returns for UK every quarter
8. Updating all Bankstatements every day in excel format
9. ROC returns
10. Updating UK Purchase bills and updating UK bank statements in the software everyday
11. Creating proforma invoices for UK orders as and when required
12. Updating Debtors and creditor lists and overdue payment sheets as and when required for both India and UK

• Must have experienceof GST, Direct Tax and Bookkeeping
• Min 3 Years of Accounting Experience
• Must have working knowledge of CATPRO Software
• Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Must have strong attention to detail
