We are still expanding and chasing a Team Leader Garden (2IC) and Gardener in our residential maintenance team!

An award winning Brisbane based landscape company servicing residential and some commercial properties are looking for Gardeners and Gardening Assistants (also see our ad for Apprentice Parks and Gardens positions) to join their expanding residential maintenance division.
There is room to grow within the company and move into team leader/supervisor positions with additional company perks.
- Permanent full time (including holiday pay sick pay super etc)
- Above award wages $35hr

What you will be doing:
- Softscape landscaping
- Managing mainly residential and some commercial properties
- All general garden maintenance on highend properties
- Mowing and edge lawns
- Planting and mulching
- Hedging
- Weed pest and disease control.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Experience in residential garden maintenance (essential)
- Own reliable transport
- Queensland driver s License (manual preferred)
- White Card
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

To be the right candidate for this role and this company you will need to have: An eagerness to learn and be trained in the field of horticulture Experience in residential maintenance Preference for a qualification in Horticulture (but not essential) Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would also be an advantage A good knowledge of plants, pests and diseases A keen eye for detail Take pride in the quality of work you produce Great communication skills for liaising with clients Manual drivers licence (essential)
