Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: Singapore
Company Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join a dynamic Nature Based Solution company. NatureBased Solutions
Naturebased solutions are actions that use nature to address environmental challenges. They are often more costeffective and sustainable than traditional solutions and they can provide a variety of benefits such as improved air and water quality increased biodiversity and reduced climate change impacts. Naturebased solutions such as reforestation forest planting wetland restoration and sustainable agriculture can all contribute to carbon storage and biodiversity preservation
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
• Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
2. Brand Development and Management:
• Cultivate and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance and evolve the brand.
3. Public Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets influencers and industry partners.
• Create and distribute press releases manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews to generate positive media coverage.
4. Content Creation:
• Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content across various channels including social media blogs and newsletters.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication platforms.
5. Event Planning:
• Plan and execute events product launches and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate logistics manage vendors and analyze the success of events through postevent evaluations.
6. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM and social media advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Skills Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience 5 years in a similar role preferably within the preferably in the naturebased solutions or sustainability sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
