Job Description
Education and Academic Qualifications: Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a similar field. A master's or doctoral degree in corporate governance or business administration is preferred.
Knowledge of corporate governance: A deep understanding of corporate governance concepts, and related local and international regulations and standards, such as trading rules, financial reports, and relevant legislation.
Analytical skills: The ability to evaluate companies’ performance, and analyze financial reports and internal reports to determine the extent of companies’ compliance with governance standards.
Personal skills: Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders within the company, and the ability to work within a diverse team.
