Warehouse Clerk
Summary:
Reputable Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join their team. The ideal person will have a strong background with the use of computer systems and applications. They should have working knowledge of MS Excel Word PPT alongside other programs such as Google Workspace MS Office etc. The ideal candidate will also come from a warehouse environment (Aerospace industry preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Strong use of computer applications and software
- Complete tasks and responsibilities given by management
- Communicate Effectively and clearly
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with common office processes specifically being computer savvy.
- Computer literacy including familiarity with common word processing spreadsheets databases MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry taking minutes and dictations answering emails and typing letters and other documents
- Verbal communication for addressing other employees customers and other business contacts
- Customer service for dealing with members of the public
- Organization and ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and administrative tasks at once
- Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard such as taking sufficiently detailed minutes and telephone messages
- Integrity and discretion when working with sensitive employee and customer details
Requirements:
- HS Diploma (Degree will be preferred)
- Computer literacy
- Warehouse experience
