Job Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Associate is responsible for providing administrative and functional support for day today HR activities within the employee life cycle. This role will involve clerical support including entering and updating information filing and coordinating with internal and external parties for daytoday HR tasks. The HR Associate also provides first level response to HR related concerns and coordinates with the appropriate person or party for timely resolution of employee concerns.
Job Description
- Maintain complete organized and update employee records files and documentation
- Work closely with the payroll and accounting team to carry out benefitsrelated transactions and disbursements
- Provide administrative support for the HR Manager in carrying out employee relations performance management and employee engagement activities
- Monitor various employee communication channels including but not limited to work chats emails and the ticketing platform and respond to queries in a timely manner or refer them to the appropriate party
- Other duties as assigned

- Open to a predominantly dayshift engagement willing to shift as necessary

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEST) 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)
