Armed Security Officer - Philadelphia PA

Were currently looking for Armed Security Guards for our client OPS Security in the Philadelphia PA area. Applicants should be ACT 235 certified. There are fulltime and parttime positions available.

Responsibilities

• Delivering highend customer service
  
• Responding to emergencies
  
• Deterring and preventing crime
  
• Performing ingress/ egress control procedures
  
• Investigating incidents
  
• Completing daily logs and incident reports
  
• Conducting regular walking or vehicle patrols
  
• Building and Maintaining a professional rapport with clients guests and coworkers
  
• Deescalating conflicts
  
• Detaining suspects
  
• Monitoring CCTV cameras
  
• Performing other related duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• ACT 235 (current or willing to obtain)
  
• 21 years of age
  
• Current and valid DL
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• (1) year experience in armed security recommended
  
• Must be able to pass PAT and ASO course
  
• Must be able to pass drug screen
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
  
• Proficient time management skills
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Excellent deescalation skills
  
• Proficient firearms skills
  
• Extensive use of force knowledge
  
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation urinalysis screening and OPS training requirements
