Your new role

• Drive the development and expansion of our inhouse production centers across the EU by leading the efficiency gain and digitization projects and helping to increase production output for our retail brand Autohero
• Examine and enhance daily business operations by analyzing processes and implementing effective measures for improvement
• Incorporate new software features and introduce them to various stakeholders in the international teams across the EU
• Be responsible for your own projects and see them through to the end by following a handson and KPIdriven approach

Your skills

• You are a student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in Business Economics Business Engineering or in another relevant field e.g. production engineering or mechanical engineering
• First experience in a highgrowth startup investment banking or consulting is a plus
• An affinity for entrepreneurship digital business models and/or the automotive industry
• Excellent analytical skills & keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English
