**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Remote Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing travel supply chains negotiating with vendors and ensuring the smooth flow of resources to enhance overall operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in the travel industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Supply Chain Analysis:**

Conduct indepth analysis of travel supply chains including transportation accommodations and related services.

Identify trends patterns and areas for improvement to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

2. **Vendor Negotiation:**

Collaborate with airlines hotels transportation providers and other travel partners to negotiate favorable rates and terms.

Ensure costeffectiveness while maintaining highquality service standards.

3. **Data Management:**

Utilize data management tools and systems to collect organize and analyze supply chainrelated data.

Develop and maintain comprehensive datasets to support ongoing analysis and reporting.

4. **Optimization Strategies:**

Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing travel supply chains.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.

5. **Client Collaboration:**

Serve as a point of contact for clients understanding their specific supply chain requirements and preferences.

Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized supply chain solutions tailored to their unique travel needs.

6. **Documentation and Compliance:**

Maintain accurate records of supply chain data and compliancerelated information.

Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as a supply chain analyst or in a similar role preferably in the travel industry.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel; experience with databases is a plus.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding of travel industry supply chain dynamics regulations and trends.

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
