Working student mfd Student internship in Operations

Operations GoTo: You will work closely with our Operations Director and Operations Team in taking care of our core operations and ensuring the efficiency and integrity of Kipus administrative back office. You will contribute to specific projects or operational initiatives offering your perspectives and fresh ideas!

Tasks

• You will be happy offering crossdepartmental support where Operations meets HR Finance or Tech
• You will be responsible for ensuring that internal policies are adhered to
  when necessary especially in the areas of trade secret protection
• You will have the opportunity to help draft policies and protocols for different areas of the business as we grow
• Reporting and analysis; helping the Operations Director prepare reports and presentation materials such as PowerPoint
• You will further provide handson support for the operational tasks that arise on a daytoday basis

Requirements

• You are a student enrolled at a German university and currently studying for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in an operational subject e.g. economics business administration or law (>3 semesters)
• True startup mindset; handson driven resilient
• Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word PowerPoint Excel)
• Excellent command of English is necessary and German is a big plus
